At Mure + Grand, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that jewelry, intimates, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
